Refundable Reinstatement Fee

A reinstatement fee of $100 will be implemented on top of your space charges. This fee will be fully refunded post-event so long as your space is left in the same condition as received: No litter, displays, strings etc should be left at the space. Marks on the floor, no matter how small, will be considered as damage.We recommend taking photos of your space prior to the event to avoid disputes with the building manangement.

Terms and Conditions

Please read and check all boxes of this agreement.

General Provisions

1.1 Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s reasonable control, participants may be entitled to a refund. This refund is subject to the deduction of all direct costs billed to the organiser prior to date of cancellation. Costs incurred are to be shared by all participants in direct proportion to actual fees paid.

1.2 Each participant exhibits in his or her own legal capacity in accordance with prevailing regulations and laws of Singapore. Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, participants agree that the organiser is not responsible for any loss, property damage, death, illness, or bodily injury caused to participants and their employees, agents, or representatives at the event. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, the organiser will not be responsible to the participant or any third party claims through the participant for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic, or other damages arising in any way out of your attendance at the event.

1.3 Participants are forbidden from assigning, subletting, exchanging, provide complimentary or for consideration, all or any part of the location assigned by the organiser to any vendor, business, or individual. No other business’s product or service, unless identified in this agreement, is allowed to be advertised or sold.

1.4 The organiser is not responsible for the loss of any property belong to vendors before, during or after the event.

1.5 There are no refunds of all fees should a vendor fail to participate in the event during the stipulated event dates, from 10-12 May 2024, with no exceptions.

Participant Responsibilities

2.1 Participants shall be directly liable for any damage caused to the venue. The $100 reinstatement fee will be refunded post event ONLY if the space is left empty and bare with no damages.

2.2 All participants are responsible for all payment transactions for their brand.

2.3 Complete set-up and remove all packing materials, boxes, and litter by Friday, 3pm. Discarded materials should not be disposed at the venue or carpark; participants and/or transport companies etc caught littering will be fined SGD100 in removal costs. Participants are responsible for ensuring transport companies retrieve all packaging materials after unpacking. NO STORAGE is allowed, under any circumstances, of packaging materials, boxes or stock in stairwells, corridors or in the vicinity of same.

2.4 All products, inventory, retail displays, store fixtures and packaging materials must be removed from the venue and carpark by Sunday, 9.30pm.

2.5 Participants are responsible for cleaning up their allocated space at the end of the event. Any products, furniture, fixtures or the like left behind will be discarded. Removal of litter left behind after 9.30pm will be charged at SGD100.00 to Vendor. We sincerely appreciate your kind cooperation.

2.6 Participants must cover their booths with simple black cloths after opening hours during the event. No valuables should be left behind. The organiser is not responsible for the loss of any property during the event.

2.7 Participants are resonsible to keep within their allocated areas. Disputes on this can result in the loss of the $100 reinstatement fee.

Set-up Requirements

3.1 Vendors are required to bring their own display lights, extension cords, and multipurpose plugs.

3.2 Participants are responsible for creating a visual display that’s in line with a styled shopping experience

3.3 Backdrops are not necessary, though advised for brands with simple set-ups.

3.4 There is no WIFI available at the venue. Vendors are responsible for their own connectivity.

Confidentiality

4.1 All intellectual property, including the organiser’s copyrighted logos, branding and/or marketing materials, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the organiser. No licence to sell, reproduce, or distribute the organiser’s materials is granted or implied. Vendor agrees not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of the organiser. Should any participant violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of the agreements contained in this paragraph, the organiser will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

The undersigned participant hereby warrants that he/ she has the full right, power, and authority to enter into this agreement without the necessity of the consent or authority of any other party. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
